The theme of this 19th TBN Eurospirit Conference held in Amsterdam was 'Five Minutes to Midnight'. Invited as a guest speaker for the third year running, David spoke on the urgency to preach the Gospel . "If you believed it is five minutes to midnight, if you believed that Jesus is coming, you would preach the Gospel! - Preach the Gospel now, as if there is no tomorrow! Jesus warned that half the Church would be asleep and miss the return of the Bridegroom!" (Matthew 25:1-13).

On the Friday afternoon David spoke of our desperate need of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. He likened it to our baptism in water, our total immersion in water, signifying death to the old life and resurection to new life in Christ - Colossians 2:12. Baptism in the Holy Spirit must be as radical, as life-transforming, as revolutionary as our baptism in water - a physical and spiritual change evident to others.

The final evening service was broadcast on Dutch cable TV. David spoke a message of encouragement: God WILL revive us in the last days! In Acts 1:8, Jesus promised He would send the Holy Spirit. The prophecy was fulfilled within days! God is not a man that He can lie - if God says it, it will happen! If you want revival, get to know the Lord! As Ps 63 says, 'I thirst for You. Oh that I might know You and see You!' Develop your relationship with Jesus, get to know the amazing power power He has - let Him change your life - when He does, He will change your country!

After the conference, David drove to Vlissingen to speak in their Sunday worship. He said, "there are three keys that will change your life - faith, prayer and fire that comes through obedience! Whatever Jesus says to you, do it! Don't say it's impossible! God has a plan, but you need faith to put His plan into action."
